Choose your destination and select the plan that best suits your trip. Complete your purchase online and your eSIM will be provided with a QR code and installation instructions. Simply follow the steps to install it on your device from the Setup Guide section.
Your device must support eSIM technology and be carrier-unlocked. On iPhone, go to Settings › General › About › Carrier Lock. This should show “No SIM restrictions.” On Android, check your SIM or Network settings for the option to Add eSIM or Add downloaded SIM. Menu names may vary depending on the device. You can also check the Compatible Devices list before purchasing.
Travelling to one country? Choose a plan for that destination. Visiting several countries within the same region? Choose a regional plan and check that all your destinations are included. Travelling across different regions or continents? A Global plan may be the most suitable option.
We recommend installing your eSIM before you travel, while you have a reliable internet connection. Installation does not normally start your plan. Validity generally begins when the eSIM first connects to a supported network at your destination. Please check your individual plan details, as activation conditions may vary.
No. Plans are data-only.
If applicable, your eSIM phone number remains active only while the relevant plan is valid. Once the plan expires, the number may be released and cannot be guaranteed or reserved for future use. Where renewal is available, check your plan options before it expires.
Yes, on supported plans. Go to My eSIMs, select your eSIM and choose Add Data to see the available top-up options. Additional data is activated according to the conditions shown at purchase. Please check the details before confirming, as activated top-ups may be non-refundable.
Data-only eSIMs cannot receive text messages or verification codes. We therefore recommend keeping your usual mobile line active if your bank, airline or other services need to send verification codes to your regular number.
